Dr. D. Caruso was very thorough, professional and also very personable. He listened (which seems hard for a lot of Docs today), gave me options and provided advice and coaching on those options. At lunch 2 hours later, I recommended him to my father-in-law.

This is a very busy urology practice with a very comprehensive urologist ( Dr Daniel Caruso). Despite the many patients, I was able to get an appointment within a few days for a problem I had with a medication I was taking. Thank you for the consideration by both the staff and physician!

Dr Caruso is a phenomenal urologist!
Went to see him with my husband with an UTI and he diagnosed the cause of the problem. First we were a bit shocked and procrastinated his recommendations. Well a week later as he predicted my husbands fever came back, took to the PBGardens hospital. (Excellent hospital ).
Dr.Caruso gave 100% priority to my husband infection and surgery while hospitalized with 100% success so far. We are crossing our fingers that the problem is totally gone, but time will tell. Thank you Dr. Caruso and your office stuff Ally for enduring my phone calls and especially to his assistant Mary for making some great suggestions while admitting my husband to the right hospital ❤️

My husband saw Dr Besharat after bladder cancer was found in a cat scan. He found him to be unengaging, seriously lacking in compassion, dismissive and disinterested. The entire office was dirty, the staff unfriendly and the wait time ridiculous, my husband arrived at 8.00am and was seen at 9.20. Seven people who arrived after my husband were seen before him. My husband wouldn’t recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Caruso is the best. Has been treating me for 13 years, since we moved to Florida. Extremely knowledgeable and caring. Identified and performed TURP procedure that solved weak stream at night. Would not go anywhere else.

As usual "EXCEPTIONAL" . THE STAFF is efficient and very compassionate. Dr. Caruso has an exceptional bedside manner,he is knowledgeable and a great listener. I trust him totally.
