Andrew Celigoj, M.D. - Certified by The American Board of UrologyDr. Celigoj is Certified by the American Board of Urology.  The ABU certifies urologic physicians who meet its educational, professional standing, and examination criteria. To become certified, a urologist must have core competencies in all domains of urology, including but not limited to pediatric urology, endourology, female urology, andrology, oncology, urolithiasis, and general urology. The mission of the ABU is to act for the benefit of the public to insure high quality, safe, efficient and ethical practice of Urology by establishing and maintaining standards of certification for urologists.


Dr. Celigoj is a native of Ohio who received his undergraduate and medical degrees from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH.  He completed Urology residency at the University of Miami.  After residency, he pursued a one-year, accredited fellowship in Andrology and Male Infertility at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA.  During his fellowship, he gained specialized training in advanced microsurgery (vasectomy reversal, vaseoepididymostomy, varicocele repair, sperm retrievals), treatment of erectile dysfunction, hypogonadism, and Peyronie’s disease.  He spent a year practicing Urology in Hawaii before returning to South Florida.  He is board certified by the American Board of Urology.

Dr. Celigoj provides expert evaluation and treatment for male infertility, low testosterone, and erectile dysfunction.  He performs microsurgical vasectomy reversal, microscopic varicocele repair, microscopic sperm extraction for in vitro fertilization.  He also performs treatment for erectile dysfunction and penile curvature.

He has written multiple, peer-reviewed journal articles on the topics of male infertility and erectile dysfunction.  He served as a contributing author for Campbell-Walsh Urology 11th Edition and Management of Sexual Dysfunction in Men and Women.
